Welcome to CYBERGON LIMITED. By accessing or using our cybersecurity products and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • "Company" refers to CYBERGON LIMITED.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing our website, products, or services.

  • "Services" refer to all cybersecurity-related products, certifications, training, and consulting services offered by the Company.

  • "Program" refers to any scheduled training, certification course, or cybersecurity initiative provided by the Company.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. USE OF SERVICES

  • Users must not misuse our products or services for unlawful activities.

  • Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or modification of our products and services is prohibited.

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration or purchase.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, materials, and trademarks related to our cybersecurity products and services remain the sole property of the Company.

  • Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased products or services for personal or business use.

5. REFUND POLICY

We have a strict No Refund Policy under the following conditions:

  • If the user has already benefited from the product or service, including but not limited to accessing course materials, receiving consultation, or attending any session.

  • If the refund request is made two (2) days after the payment date.

  • If the refund request is made before fifty-two (52) days of the launch of the program or scheduled delivery of the service.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, subject to the Company’s sole discretion, and must be requested in writing via [support email]. Processing time for eligible refunds may take up to 60 business days.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be completed before access to any product or service is granted.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are accurate.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access to services.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security threats.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

  • We collect and process user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. TERMINATION

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time if a user violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federak Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
